“The subject is the lure”

Francis Bacon, Conversation with David Sylvester

The particular context of the residence, its way of life and the exhibition in the abbey of Léhon will lead to the setting of a new constellation of images linked to my previous work and appealing recent references.

I want this new proposal to be open and accessible at different levels of lecture. Built as a collision between disseminated signs made of personal pictures or found on the Internet, it will allow different possible scenarios thanks to the hanging up (links between the images). Like the sequences of a film, I attempt by the negotiation with the medium to move from the personal to the universal, from the anecdote to the fiction, from a form to another.
